What you must do--
In preparation for your meeting with us, please think about the following points:
- What is your deadline?

- What is the proposed medium, website or print?
- What quantity will you need?
- Is a reply card or tear sheet desired?
- What is your budget? While exact figures aren’t necessary, an approximation will help us make the most appropriate recommendations about factors such as color and paper quality.
- What do you want to highlight about your department, program, or facility? Be prepared to provide or research the information.
- You, or your department/program, are responsible for the factual or legal accuracy of the text you provide, whenever appropriate.
