  • WHERE: Salento coffee house, 2407 Rice Boulevard in Rice Village.
  • COST: Free to the public. No registration needed.

The Science Café invites the public to participate in a discussion on space missions with Gary Kitmacher of the International Space Station Program Office at the Johnson Space Center and David Criswell, Director of the Institute for Space Systems Operations (University of Houston and University of Houston Clear Lake).

Christi Myers of ABC Channel 13 will be the discussion moderator.

About The Science Café:
The Science Café promotes genuine and informed discussions between scientific experts, experts from non-scientific disciplines – be they humanists, artists, sociologists, journalists, writers – and the general public. The Science Café team consists of a group of scholars and citizens who wish to initiate public debates on scientific topics that have important social, political and cultural impacts on our lives.
